Key Job Responsibilities

1. a) Deliver lectures, seminars, or training in accordance with the agreed schedule and curriculum.
2. b) Provide academic content, including syllabi, readings, and assessments aligned with the Institution’s standards.
3. c) Conduct student engagement activities such as Q&A sessions, discussions, or mentorship as needed.
4. d) Abide by the Institution’s policies, academic integrity guidelines, and ethical standards.
5. e) Coordinate with assigned faculty or department heads on course-related matters

    

Qualification

• Must possess at least a Master’s Degree in the field of specialization being taught.
• Relevant industry, professional, or academic experience in the subject area
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Able to teach on a part-time or contractual basis according to the academic schedule.
• Willing to participate in academic meetings, assessments, and student consultations as required.
• Professional license or certification when applicable.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and commitment to student learning
