JOB SUMMARY
The Academic Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Academic Director to ensure the efficient implementation of academic policies, programs, and processes. The role involves coordination with faculty, students, and administrative units to support curriculum management, documentation, compliance, and academic reporting.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the Academic Director, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, academic documents, and official communications.
- Coordinate with faculty regarding submission of grades, syllabi, and academic requirements.
- Maintain and organize academic records, documentation, and confidential files.
- Assist in curriculum documentation, accreditation preparation, and academic audits.
- Support the planning and execution of faculty meetings, trainings, and academic events.
- Serve as a point of contact for student academic inquiries
- Respond to student inquiries related to academic programs and procedures
- Assist with course registration, enrollment tracking, and student records
- Liaise with internal departments to support academic operations
- Make class schedule, exams schedule
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department or supervisor
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Timely submission and accurate preparation of academic reports and documents.
- 100% compliance tracking of faculty submission deadlines (grades, syllabi, reports).
- Organized and updated academic records with minimal documentation errors.
- Effective coordination resulting in smooth execution of academic meetings and events.
- Positive feedback from faculty and students regarding administrative support.
- Adherence to confidentiality and institutional policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
